leaseholder meeting update | proposal of GLERA sub-groups

In May GLERA wrote to Leaseholders inviting them to a meeting to discuss the formation of a Leaseholder Working Party as a response to the GLE Investment Programme (formerly Windows Refurbishment and Associated Works). See letter here.

At the meeting, the general consensus was that, whilst there are particular financial concerns for Leaseholders, most of the issues stemming from the GLE Investment Programme will be faced by all residents alike. A follow up meeting was arranged to agree a way forward in advance of the GLERA AGM on 19 June.

At that follow up meeting on 16 June the formation of a number of GLERA sub-groups was discussed.

This is the initial suggested group structure which will likely evolve as the Groups form and confirm how they will operate.

LEASEHOLDER GROUP
To focus on Leaseholder issues of costs, service charges etc
