See below letter sent to all leaseholders as a follow up to the letter delivered to all residents dated 16 April Challenging times ahead – help GLERA keep in touch.
8 MAY 2025
Dear Leaseholder,
The Golden Lane Investment Programme (formerly Windows Refurbishment and Associated Works) is taking the shape – the City of London Corporation have recently held two Community Meetings and have also written to Leaseholders about rechargeable costs (check www.goldenlaneprojects.co.uk for more info).
As the main GLERA committee needs to make sure it focuses on issues that affect all residents so as to be fully representative, this is a good time to set up a separate Leaseholder Working Party so that leaseholder concerns can be addressed separately and fully. (We will set up an equivalent Tenant Working Party if there is sufficient call and need to do so.)
To that end, we have organised a meeting for all leaseholders interested in forming the Leaseholder Working Party for Tuesday May 27 at 7.00pm in the Sir Ralph Perring Centre and you are very welcome to join. We will set up a Teams link for anyone unable to get to the Estate. Please reply to chair.glera@gmail.com if you plan to attend or would like the link.
As we do not have a full list of leaseholder addresses, we are sending out this letter to leaseholders via City of London Corporation with the request that you reply, with your address, email and phone contact details and whether you are resident or let your flat to chair.glera@gmail.com or fill in the online form that can be accessed using the QR code below [email secretary.glera@gmail.com for link].
Kind regards
Sue Pearson
