This is a follow up meeting for residents who attended the first meeting on 27 May The goal is to progress those initial discussions in order to report back to the GLERA AGM on Thursday 19 June.

1. To agree on the formation of house groups as the basis of an Investment Programme (sub) group of GLERA
2. To agree how house groups will operate and how they will relate to the subcommittee, to GLERA and to the Corporation investment programme liaison groups
3. To initiate first steps in building individual block residents’ support, following Crescent House lead
4. To initiate the technical sub group and agree how it will operate
5. Consider setting up a forensic/archive group to go through the GLERA archive to create timelines and evidence.
6. Consider communications/social media/press/individual position paper
7. Review the current proposed programme and understand its implications
