report dockless bikes
MARCH 2026: The City of London are trialling a new approach to enforcement of dockless bikes by issuing fixed penalty notices to Lime and Forest if they do not remove their bikes after CoL have reported an obstruction.
Their aim is to reduce problems with these bikes blocking pavements and to increase compliance of use of designated bays.
