Welcome to tonight’s meeting and before we start, a quick reminder of the format that seemed to work well at October’s meeting. There will be short presentations followed by 10 minutes for questions before moving onto next item, and then additional questions at end (earlier unasked questions taken in turn – we will make a note).
Also, we really do need to be out of the building by 9.20 very latest so as not to get in the way of the cleaners. Thank you!
