We are working to develop a Code of Professional Standards which sets out the behaviours and values expected from everyone delivering housing services on behalf of the City of London Corporation.
The Code is built around six commitments:

- Acting with integrity
- Showing respect, inclusion and professionalism
- Taking responsibility
- Maintaining professional skills and knowledge
- Using information and technology responsibly
We want to be clear what standards and behaviours residents should expect when dealing with Housing staff. To help us draft City Corporation Housing’s Code of Professional Standards, we want to hear your views.
