UPDATE ON REPAIRS AND MAINTENACE

Dear Resident,

We are writing to let you know that unfortunately, our repairs and maintenance services delivered by our contractor Chigwell are temporarily suspended. This is due to operational issues that are currently being reviewed.

We want to reassure you that we are working hard to minimise any disruption and to ensure there is no adverse impact on residents. Our priority remains maintaining a reliable service for you.

In the meantime, please continue to report all repairs:

·       By phone: 0800 035 0003

·       By email: propertyservices@cityoflondon.gov.uk (for non-emergency repairs only)

We will continue to deliver emergency and urgent repairs through our other approved contractors during this period.

Please be aware that there may be delays to non-emergency repairs while alternative arrangements are put in place. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore normal service levels as quickly as possible.

Please note that only services provided by Chigwell are affected. All other services remain unchanged.
