Many thanks to everyone who took the time to join our AGM on 30th September.
Here is a link to the presentation shared at the meeting and minutes of the formal business for all members:
- The meeting was declared quorate
- A verbal financial update of income and expenditure to date was shared: detailed accounts will be presented as required in early 2025
- Nominations of three new members of the Steering Group were carried: Angus McNeill Peel, Cathy Ross and Paul Lincoln are elected as of the date of the AGM. Christopher Makin stands down from the Steering Group as of the date of the AGM
- It was agreed that necessary delegations be made in respect of urgent upcoming business including responding to the City Plan 2040 inspection
- A Vote of Thanks was passed: “The members of the Barbican + Golden Lane Neighbourhood Forum would like to thank the Steering Group and Directors for successfully achieving designation for the Forum, and to all our neighbours for their enthusiastic support”
