planning policy documents consultation

The City of London Corporation want to hear your views on the forthcoming supplementary planning documents; Planning Obligations, Offices, Air Quality and Celebrating Heritage.

The regulation 12 and 13 consultation is open from 16 March to 15 April and we are hosting a series of open events for residents, workers and the wider community to help shape the future of the Square Mile.

What we’ll discuss:

  • Offices – How will the City continue to support world leading office spaces while adapting to new ways of working?
  • Air Quality – How can new development help us improve the air we breathe and reduce pollution?
  • Heritage – How is the City’s unique character protected and how can we celebrate it even more?
  • Planning Obligations – How will planning contributions help deliver the vision set out in the City Plan 2040?

The dates for the engagement events are below:

  • 31 March 6:30-8.00pm Residents session at Artizan Street Library E1 7AF
  • 8 April 9.00-10:30am Heritage session at St Ethelburga’s Centre for Reconciliation and Peace Venue EC2N 4AG

Please visit our website to learn more details on each of the forthcoming SPDs and how they support the City Plan 2040.
