residents consultation event on planning guidance

As we begin the preparation of new Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) to support the implementation of the emerging City Plan 2040 (which provides guidance on land-use decisions in the City) we wish to gather views and perspectives from key stakeholders on what we need to understand and consider in each new SPD. We want to learn more from you so we can confirm the matters for inclusion within each of the SPDs.
The event will introduce the new SPDs which will cover culture, heritage, inclusiveness, air quality, offices and planning obligations as well as our approach to engagement. There will be opportunities to put your views across on what matters to you and what we should consider in the SPD preparation, including how we collect and spend infrastructure funds, what is important to you in relation to culture provision and your day-to-day experiences of living and moving around the Square Mile.
