Leaseholders will have recently received a letter from Corporation of London outlining their legal opinion on the planned major works projects on our estate. See letter.

GLERA has been active in getting this information for leaseholders, even though the outcome is unwelcome, and have responded to the letter. We will continue to press for more detail and actual anticipated costs along with better programme details. See response.

This meeting is for all Leaseholders interested in forming a working party to concentrate on building our negotiating/legal case. We know that many of our leaseholders have valuable skills to help us assemble our case and reduce the charges we are asked to pay.
