  3. There is a major issue with control over codes and the adoption of an agreed procedure for identifying who is to get a code
    ACTION: PL to add to the housing dept/GLERA agenda on 11 March
  4. We need to progress a police registration system
    ACTION: Culture Mile BID is having a police registration day; it is suggested that we join in with this. Details to be advised.
  5. It would be useful to reinstate the Sheffield bike stands that had been proposed for outside the estate office
  6. We are keen to support bike training
    ACTION: Suggestions appreciated for next steps and possible funding application
  7. A proposal has been made for a funded triathlon activity across the four COL estates
    ACTION: Three people have discussed this with Jon Train who proposed the idea from British Triathlon organisation. He will come back to us with his proposal.
  8. Create a bike repair place with some simple tools to fix a tyre, and other minor repairs you would not want to do in your house.
    ACTION: This is now linked to the research work that Bas and Geke are leading on repairs, recycling, workshop space and Library of Things proposal due to be located in the Barbican Library offering tools that can be borrowed.
  9. The poor quality of the repairs at the top of Stanley Cohen was highlighted.
    ACTION: This has been taken up by GLERA and is now on the agenda for the next GLERA meeting with the housing department on 11th February.
