The work to the Hatfield Podium starts on 24 November.
Meet the contractor VolkerLaser’s Project Manager, Ehsan Fathiazar, and CoL Project Manager, Dean Elsworth, who will explain:
- the reason for the project
- how we can get across the estate
- how the site will be accessed
- where the site facilities and storage will be
- how they will be dealing with noisy work
This event has been organised by GLERA in response to the letter delivered to residents on 11 November. GLERA expressed concerns about the stated times for noisy works – these should be 10.00-12.00 and 14.00-16.00 (not 10.00-16.00). GLERA has also seen a logistics plan which uses an out of date site plan meaning some elements are not workable.
