I am writing to invite you to an upcoming Meet the Contractor online event on 27 March from 5.30-6.30pm to meet our new repairs and maintenance contractor, Chigwell.

As you may know, Chigwell have been appointed as our new repairs and maintenance contractor from 1 April. This event is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about Chigwell and ask any questions directly to them and to myself.

Whether you’re curious about the new contract, eager to share your feedback or want to meet the faces behind the work, this is your chance to connect. 

What to expect:

• Introduction to the Chigwell team
• Brief presentation on the new R&M contract and what is and isn’t changing
• Q&A session 

We highly value your input and presence, as resident engagement is important to us and Chigwell. Together, we are committed to an improved repairs and maintenance service and working towards a collaborative environment where your voices are heard and respected.
