Following the 13 March 2023 decision by the City of London Corporation’s Community and Children’s Services (C&CS), a drop-in meeting will be held to inform residents of the Golden Lane Estate of the expedited Windows Project.

Representatives of the Project Team will be present to answer your questions and gather your feedback on the project.

The purpose of this report is to seek members approval for a proposal for an expedited Major Works Refurbishment Programme for the Golden Lane Estate that includes an agreed expanded option for the repair/refurbishment of existing window frames and, associated roofing, heating and ventilation works.
