The GLERA committee has organised a meeting for all leaseholders interested in being part of the GLE Leaseholder Group.

Small groups of leaseholders have been working together to establish what we jointly need to do to get in a position to negotiate with the Corporation once they confirm their position and we are provided with the cost that they are expecting us to contribute.

The aim of the meeting is to outline and discuss what we believe our actions should be and to ask leaseholders from each block to help by finding information and researching the legal context so that we can respond to the Corporations charging methodology when it is published.

At the moment there is limited access across the estate – you can’t approach SRPC from along the sides of the swimming pool or from under Hatfield. For tomorrow’s meeting use the allotments gates nearest to Basterfield House and approach from Golden Lane.
