Mike Saunders, Head of Asset Management and Repairs + Maintenance for the Corporation, has kindly agreed to come and speak to residents about the new repairs reporting system, the issues they are trying to resolve, and the improvements we should hopefully see as a result of the software upgrade made last July.

The repairs contract is coming up for renewal so please come along to give him feedback on how to improve the service provided by contractors or email secretary.glera@gmail.com

The meeting will be co-chaired by Tim Godsmark, GLERA Chair and GLE resident Cllr Ceri Wilkins.
