Do It Together | community-driven repair services towards net zero living

In response to the waste management challenges around Golden Lane Estate, a novel initiative is proposed by Hatfield residents Geke van Dijk and Bas Raijmakers to shift from a traditional, top down discard and remove approach to a more community-driven, bottom-up repair solution.

This approach recognises the emerging trend towards sustainable practices, highlighted by regulations like the ‘Right to Repair’ and the growing popularity of local repair shops.
