Join us to learn more about what the City Plan is and what it means for residential communities.
The City Plan 2040 is the City Corporation’s vision for how the Square Mile will develop up to 2040. It contains a suite of policies to guide development in the City, ensuring growth is economically, environmentally and socially sustainable.
At this event, we will be providing an overview of what the City Plan is and does and what it means for residential communities. We will be focussing on:
- Aldgate, Tower and Portsoken KAOC- Mansell Street Estate, Middlesex Street
- Smithfield and the Barbican KAOC- the Barbican, Golden Lane
- Housing provision, transport and accessibility
- Community infrastructure and open space, air quality/noise
We will provide an overview of how to respond and what happens next.
