Sir Ralph Perring Centre

This is the third meeting of the recently formed GLERA technical group. It’s agreed aims are to:

• Concentrate on residential property within Golden Lane estate
• Represent the technical interests of all residents and tenures
• Seek to develop a positive working relationship with the technical team and other stakeholders and be able to make a significant contribution.
• Review the City’s current approach and seek to obtain a simpler and more evenly spread technical solution to improve all the flats gradually if possible

If you are a construction/engineering/architectural or surveying professional please consider joining the GLERA Technical group.

The Crescent House planning consultation event is taking place on 1 December, so this will be a key topic of discussion.
