Golden Lane Community Centre

BACKGROUND: On 1 April, Fusion Lifestyle, operator of Golden Lane Sports and Fitness, announced that were entering administration and would be ceasing operations on 30 April.
City of London plan to close the centre on the same day, well in advance of the planned closure for refurbishments.

Thanks to three very committed Golden Lane Estate residents, deep concern and outrage has been channelled into a focused campaign. The campaign is calling out the decision makers, pushing for appropriate short/medium term interim provision, and liaising with groups most affected by the sudden closure.
