Energy provider E-ON are responsible for running the power station located opposite Smithfield Market which makes use of ground source heat pumps to bring energy not only to the Market but also neighbouring office blocks, the Barbican Arts Centre and Blake House.

E-ON will join us to make a presentation on heat networks; heat zones; pending legislation; and how their ambitions could bring benefits to residents and businesses with low cost, low carbon heat leading to carbon reduction and improved air quality.
