BACKGROUND: On 1 April, Fusion Lifestyle, operator of Golden Lane Sports and Fitness, announced that were entering administration and would be ceasing operations on 30 April.
City of London plan to close the centre on the same day, well in advance of the planned closure for refurbishments.
