SUMMARY:silk street campaign residents' action meeting
DESCRIPTION:St Giles Church\, Cripplegate\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe proposed huge development of the Linklater site at 1 Silk Street will have an enormous negative impact on the whole Barbican Estate. \n\n\n\nThe plans submitted to the City are for two tall buildings on the site\, a structure more than 60% larger then the present one\, and in parts at least twice its height. \n\n\n\nPlease come along to hear from EXPERT ADVISORS on the DAMAGE this scheme will cause\, and how to OBJECT and challenge this plan NOW. \n\n\n\nA visionary new building is needed at 1 Silk Street that will enhance the reputation of the City of London\, not a second class scheme which everyone will come to regret. \n\n\n\nVIEW PLANNING APPLICATION: 25/00829/FULEIACONTRIBUTE TO FIGHTING FUND: gofundmeSIGN UP TO NEWSLETTER: silkstreetcampaign@gmail.comINSTAGRAM: @silkstreetcampaign \n\n\n\n– Barbican Quarter Action \n\n\n\n\nBQA SILK STREET NEWSLETTER
