We’ve enjoyed meeting those of you who’ve joined our sessions so far\, it has been valuable gaining a better understanding of the issues and concerns you have about the estate and your home. \n\n\n\nThe surgeries usually take place every two weeks in the Golden Lane Estate Office\, Great Arthur House. \n\n\n\nSMT members attend on a rota basis and are available at these sessions to discuss specific projects relevant to the estate. \n\n\n\nSurgeries will be held on the following dates: \n\n\n\nWednesday 28 October\, 5-7pm: Peta Caine\, Director of Housing and Bev Andrews\, Head of Repairs and Maintenance \n\n\n\nWednesday 18 November\, 5-7pm: Peta Caine\, Director of Housing and Mehran Ahmed\, Head of Housing Management \n\n\n\nWednesday 2 December\, 5-7pm: Peta Caine\, Director of Housing and Greg Wade\, Head of Major Works \n\n\n\nYour feedback is invaluable to us\, and we believe these surgeries will continue to provide an excellent opportunity for open dialogue between residents and the SMT.
