Over the past year we have: \n\n\n\n\nSupported the GLLC campaign and stood alongside residents fighting for the leisure centre\n\n\n\nOrganised the second Golden Lane Action Days to highlight the poor condition of our estate\n\n\n\nRaised concerns with the City of London and our MP following the regulator’s judgement\, and arranged for the Executive Director of Community and Children’s Services to speak at the AGM\n\n\n\nRun our first 60‑second survey to identify key issues such as damp and mould\n\n\n\nPressed COLPAI about noise\, night‑time lighting and litter\n\n\n\nAttended Resident Liaison Group meetings for each project\n\n\n\nRepresented residents on the new Major Works Project Board\n\n\n\nMet monthly with Judith Finlay and housing officers to discuss repairs\, complaints and the running of the estate office\n\n\n\nSet up a leaseholders’ group to focus on issues specific to leaseholders during redevelopment\n\n\n\nCreated a technical group to scrutinise proposed works and ensure value for money\n\n\n\nStarted forming house groups to share information and support as major works begin
